Names of Licensees: representing the companies awarded a license to provide telecommunication services for a price either by a Class license, or Individual license . Class license : A license to provide public telecommunication services and/or operate public telecommunications networks which do not require the use of scarce resources, or require use of scarce resources that have been excluded from the requirements of acquiring an individual license by TRC according to article (3/ 7) of the “Instructions on Application Procedures and Criteria for Selection of Licensees for Public Telecommunications”. Or by an Individual license which enables the awarded company to provide public telecommunications services and/or operate public telecommunications networks which are used in provision of some or all services or in network operations that use scarce resources not excluded from requirements of acquiring an individual license by TRC according to article (3/ 7) of the “Instructions on Application Procedures and Criteria for Selection of Licensees for Public Telecommunications”.
