Number of subscribers in Fixed telephone services: Refers to the sum of active number of analogue fixed telephone lines. An updated version is published for each year on the following fiscal year.

Analogue fixed telephone lines: refers to the number of active lines connecting subscribers’ terminal equipment to the PSTN and which have dedicated port in telephone exchange equipment.

PSTN : Public Switched Telephone Network: A network that links the telephony networks in the world that depends on switching through circuit and have dedicated port in telephone exchange equipment.
