Licensees that provide Postal services [2024]

Public Postal Operator and Private postal operators who are licensed by the Telecommunications Regulatory commission (TRC) under the provisions of the private postal operator’s license by- law No. 110 of 2004 and its amendments.

The Public Postal Operator: A public Shareholding Company that is entrusted with the task of providing postal services according to the provisions of the Postal Service Law No. 34 of 2007. The Private Postal Operator: any person that transports a private postal article against a fee, according to the provisions Postal Service Law No. 34 of 2007 The Private Postal Operator/International Category: The licensee who is authorized to transport private postal items addressed locally or internationally inside and outside the Kingdom –Amended Regulation No. 2 of 2011.
